Thank you for your patience, the Host Organizing Committee has been busy making arrangements throughout Toronto for this world-class event.

Registration for the event is filling up and we will be announcing registered clubs in our June Bulletin.

As an international city, Toronto has an abundance of hotels for visitors to choose from and the Organizing Committee has identified five hotels that will be Hotel Partners in hosting the Championships. Our Official Hotel Partners are:

* Delta Chelsea (dbl $109 CAD / 79€ EUR)
* Four Points Sheraton (dbl $115 CAD / 84€ EUR )
* Metropolitan Hotel (dbl $127 CAD / 92€ EUR)
* Westin Harbour Castle (dbl $129 CAD / 94€ EUR)
* University of Toronto Chestnut Residence (dbl $102 CAD / 74€ EUR includes breakfast).

As partners with the Championships, these hotels are conveniently located for racing and will provide racers with competitive rates. It is important for traveling racers to note that venue shuttles to and from the racecourse will only be provided through the Championships’ Hotel Partners. Racers can book their accommodations starting the week of May 1st through the Official Championships Travel Partner, Flight Centre. Please follow this link for booking hotels and flights.

Only teams booking their accommodations through Flight Centre will receive preferred rates and venue shuttle service. Racers are also encouraged to book their flights and additional travel needs through Flight Centre for great service and competitive rates. Stay tuned to our event website www.toronto2011.ca for frequent updates and information.

Race venue practices will be available for teams starting on Tuesday, July 19th, more details to follow.

The May Bulletin for the Championships will provide information updates and details in the following areas:

We look forward seeing everyone here in Toronto soon!
